- Book a Consultation: Start by booking a free Experience Consultation or selecting a service package that fits your needs.
- Complete the Experience Form: After booking, you'll receive a form to fill out about the recipient or the celebration. The more details you provide, the more tailored and meaningful the experience will be!
- Personalized Consultation: We’ll meet for a 15-minute consultation to discuss your vision, preferences, and goals to ensure we create the perfect experience.
- Curated Experience Options: Based on the service package you've chosen, we'll research and provide you with a selection of experience options.
- Choose Your Experience: Review the curated options and let us know which one you’d like to move forward with.
- Finalization & Booking: Once you’ve made your selection, we’ll provide guidance on securing reservations, tickets, or any necessary bookings.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Plan Ahead – The earlier you reach out, the more options will be available for your experience.
- Provide Details – The more information you share in the form, the better we can tailor the experience.
- Payment Policy – Full payment is required before planning begins.
- Reimbursements – If we secure reservations or tickets on your behalf, you will be responsible for reimbursing those costs, and receipts will be provided.
